Mr. Peter Gow: Director

Mr Gow has more than 20 years specialised finance and investment experience, with an extensive knowledge of funding structures for growing businesses as well as large corporates.

Career highlights include:

• Establishment of St George Bank's structured investments area and developing it over an eight year period, earning more than $AU10million profit after tax annually.
• Management of a $1.5 billion portfolio of complex financing arrangements for Westpac Bank
• Restructure of the St George Bank securitisation programme, resulting in $AU3 billion being raised from domestic and offshore investors
• Establishment of NSW capital management and strategy consulting business Creative Capital in 2003 assisting chief executive officers with capital raising, assisting corporate entities to review investment and acquisition opportunities and working with private equity funds to assess new investment opportunities.

Current roles include:

• Creative Capital founder.
• Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
