Our Business

Yilgarn Infrastructure Limited (Yilgarn) is an unlisted public company based in Perth, Western Australia.

Yilgarn's business is to build quality, privately owned and operated infrastructure at the lowest possible capital and operating costs. Yilgarn will supply resource mining companies with efficient rail and port services, on an open-access, common-user basis; enabling delivery of product at the most competitive prices for international markets.

Currently, Yilgarn is focused on the significant iron ore resources of the Mid West Region in Western Australia.

The Yilgarn focus is to deliver a regional solution for the existing iron ore mines seeking to expand their operations and to ensure potential new mines that may develop in the Mid West Region have access to vital infrastructure.

The port infrastructure will be located at the WA Government preferred site which is the Oakajee Industrial Estate about 25 kilometres north of the Mid West regional capital of Geraldton.

Rail services to the new deepwater port are being designed to develop the economy of the Mid West Region, in a sustainable way.
